2025-2026 Registration Information

 
Please read the following information regarding the registration process.

We have moved to a tiered pricing structure for this season:

Under-11 (U11)	2016 / 2015	$625
Under-13 (U13)	2014 / 2013	$625
Under-15 (U15)	2012 / 2011	$625
Under-18 (U18)	2010 / 2009 / 2008	$625

Pay in full at time of registration or choose to pay installments.
50% now, 25% on November 15 and 25% on December 31.

Competitive Try-Outs:
Deadline to register for try-outs is September 15.  (Exceptions may apply - such as for players released from High School or AAA tryouts after that date.)

The try-out fee is $125 per player.  Please indicate the position they will be trying out for (forward, defence or goal). 
Players in U15 or 18 must register to attend a checking clinic if they did not play checking hockey last season.

Note:  Players from Hillsborough Minor Hockey who are attending competitive try-outs must pay the $125 try-out fee and a $100 registration deposit fee.  Players who are released and return to Hillsborough will be
refunded the $100 fee.  Players who are selected for a competitive team but choose to return to Hillsborough will forfeit the $100 deposit fee.  Hillsborough players must contact Steve Marshall at rmhcexecdir@gmail.com to register for tryouts.
  
There are two ways to register:

• On-Line (Credit card only)
• In-Person (Cash or eTransfer only)

ON-LINE
Register online between August 15 to September 15.  For registrations after September 15, late fees will be applied.  Pay in full at time of registration or pay in installments before January 1, 2026.
 
Note:

• Do not register with RMHC if attending tryouts for AAA or high school.  Only register upon release.
• For players transferring from other associations, or returning from AAA last season, please contact rmhcexecdir@gmail.com in order to register online. 

 
IN-PERSON
Come to the Blues Room at the Byron Dobson Arena on  Monday, September 8^th from 7:00-8:00 pm.  Payment is required at time of registration.  Cash or eTransfer only.  Enter through the main doors for the lower rink, then proceed to the end of the hallway.
  Late Registration
Registrations received after September 15, 2025 are subject to a $100 administration fee per player and will only be accepted contingent upon the number of players already registered in the corresponding division. 

(Some exceptions may apply - such as for players released from High School or AAA tryouts after that date.)
  Non-Payment Policy
Registrations fees must be paid in full by January 1, 2026.  Should collection efforts fail to yield payment by January 15, 2026 there will be an immediate suspension of Club membership privileges until payment is received in full.
 
Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a $75 administration fee (which includes fees paid to HNB for insurance, etc).  Refunds are pro-rated based on weeks participated in the program.  (No refunds issued for players who quit after the teams are selected and aren’t satisfied with the team they have been placed on.)
 
Should the season be interrupted or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be issued based on a pro-rated formula.  There will be no refunds if the season is canceled after March 1, 2026 or if the season is interrupted mid-season for less than 4 weeks.
