2024-2025 Registration Information

 
Please read the following information regarding the registration process.

The Fees for this season are:

Under-7 (U7)	2020 / 2019 / 2018	** $475 **
Under-9 (U9)	2017 / 2016	$575
Under-11 (U11)	2015 / 2014	$575
Under-13 (U13)	2013 / 2012	$575
Under-15 (U15)	2011 / 2010	$575
Under-18 (U18)	2009 / 2008 / 2007	$575

 ** For U7 players the full rate of $575 will be charged at registration and a $100 credit will be applied once the registration is confirmed.**


Multi-Player Family Discounts are:

2nd Player	-$25
3rd Player	-$100
4th Player	-$300

 
***NOTE – U7 players do not count towards the multi-player discounts***
For example:  A family with 3 players, 1 in U7, 1 in U9 and 1 in U11 would pay as follows -       
U7 $475, U9 $575, U11 $550 ($575-$25)  
Competitive Try-Outs:
The try-out fee is $110 per player.  Please indicate the position they will be trying out for (forward, defence or goal).  Players in U15 or U18 must register to attend a checking clinic if they did not play checking hockey last season.

Note:  Players from Hillsborough Minor Hockey who are attending competitive try-outs must pay the $110 try-out fee and a $100 registration deposit fee.  Players who are released and return to Hillsborough will be refunded the $100 deposit fee.  Players who are selected for a competitive team but choose to return to Hillsborough will forfeit the $100 deposit fee. 
Hillsborough players cannot register online.
There are two ways to register for this season:

• On-Line (Credit card only)
• In-Person (Cash or eTransfer only)

       ON-LINE
Register online between August 16th to September 21st.  Full payment required at time of registration.  For registrations after September 21st, late fees will be applied.
 

• Do not register with RMHC if attending tryouts for AAA or high school.  Only register upon release from those programs.
• For players transferring from other associations, or returning from AAA last season, please contact rmhcexecdir@gmail.com in order to register online. 

 
         IN-PERSON
Come to the Blues Room at the Byron Dobson Arena on Thursday, September 12th from 6:30-8:00pm.  Payment is required at time of registration.  Cash or eTransfer only.  Enter through the main doors for the lower rink, then proceed to the end of the hallway. Late Registration
Registrations received after September 21, 2024 are subject to a $100 administration fee per player and will only be accepted contingent upon the number of players already registered in the corresponding division. 

(Some exceptions may apply - such as for players released from High School or AAA tryouts after that date.) Non-Payment Policy
Registrations fees must be paid in full by November 1, 2024.  Should collection efforts fail to yield payment by November 15, 2024 there will be an immediate suspension of Club membership privileges until payment is received in full. All refunds are subject to a $75 administration fee (which includes fees paid to HNB for insurance, etc).  Refunds are pro-rated based on weeks participated in the program.  (No refunds issued for players who aren't satisfied with the teams they have been placed on and quit after the teams are selected.)
 
Should the season be interrupted or canceled due to unforseen circumstances, refunds will be issued based on a pro-rated formula.  There will be no refunds if the season is canceled after March 1, 2025 or if the season is interrupted mid-season for less than 4 weeks.
